QuickQ FAQ: Downloads, sign-in, and connections

Which page has the QuickQ download?

Head to the official download page and choose among Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android; the page then points you to the matching distribution link. Only use the quickq.name entry, and avoid installers from other sites.

How do I start using QuickQ once installed?

Open the app and sign in. The home screen lists the available routes: choose one, press connect, and wait for the connected status. If it is your first time, walk through the tutorial to confirm each step.

Do I need a new account for a new device?

Just install QuickQ on the other device and sign in as usual; registering or paying again is not necessary. The number of devices online at the same time depends on your subscription plan, per the plans page.

Why does it hang while connecting?

First disconnect and confirm the device has internet access, then change routes. If the app still hangs, fully close and reopen QuickQ. When the problem remains, verify that no system proxy or security software is blocking the client.

How do I deal with unstable speeds?

First stop heavy downloads and streams, then pick a route under less load. Also confirm that no other VPN or proxy tool is running alongside QuickQ. A few tests at different times usually reveal whether route congestion or local bandwidth is the issue.

How do I avoid account theft?

Account safety comes down to a few habits: a unique, hard-to-guess password, no reuse on other sites, never sharing login codes, and downloading only from trusted entries like quickq.name rather than third-party or cracked installers.

How can I confirm my subscription is active?

Open the client and go to the account section to see the billing period, expiry date, and status; the purchase entry on the plans page works too. If the plan has lapsed, renewing and signing in again brings access back.

Will QuickQ run on my device?

You can install QuickQ on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 or later, iOS 14 or later (iPhone and iPad), Android 8.0 or later, and Linux desktops on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Requirements are at least 2 GB of RAM and about 200 MB of free disk space; Linux builds follow what the download page provides.

How much is a QuickQ subscription?

Pricing is 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, with supported devices and online help included on every plan. The official site does not provide a permanent free version; a 1-month plan is the usual way to try it first. Prices and entitlements follow the plans page.

Do you log what I do online?

Per the privacy policy, the information QuickQ handles covers account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and essential diagnostics, processed to create accounts, confirm subscriptions, run the service, and respond to requests, and used for verification, delivery, security, stability, and legal compliance. No personal information is sold, while access control, transport protection, and internal audits reduce risk. Full details are on the privacy policy page.

How many devices at the same time?

One account can be used on multiple devices, since every plan includes supported devices. The limit on devices online at the same time comes from your plan's terms. Switching to or adding a device just means installing the client and signing in as usual — no re-registration or extra purchase.

The connection works but performance is poor

Pause anything using lots of bandwidth, choose a route under less load, and verify that no other proxy or acceleration app is running alongside QuickQ. A few tests at different times will normally show whether it is the route or your bandwidth; if only one app struggles, check its settings and cache.

Checking that your download came from us

Download only from the official entry and check the domain first; third-party sites and cracked versions should be avoided. When your system warns about an untrusted source, confirm it came from the official entry, then allow it in system settings. For anything else, the FAQ's troubleshooting steps apply.
